Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Here is a breakdown of our shipping rates and estimated delivery times:

### Domestic Shipping (United States)

- **Standard Shipping**: 3-7 business days

- Orders under 5 kg : $15 flat rate

- Orders over 5 kg : $ 15 flat rate

**Note**: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping. They do not include customs clearance delays.

## Order Processing

- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

- Orders placed by 11 Am EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
